Bangkok 4D/3N Trip Day 4 - Home Sweet Home

After a late breakfast and resting a while, it was time to set off for the airport. Took some shots of the airport after check in.

We had to take a bus to the waiting plane some distance away. Sigh! This had to happen to a non-budget airlines.
Took some pictures after take off - not so clear though.

The flight was <30% filled. We have the luxury of having so much space! The stewardess had more time to serve us additional juices and drinks. It was a great feeling!
I had chicken rice which was tasty and delicious.

Hubby had curry prawns. The desert was a tiramisu. Lovely! We loved the food by Thai Airways!

That marked the end of our short break! We will be back!

Bangkok 4D/3N Trip Day 3 - Dinner at Terminal 21 Food Court

Again, we were too lazy to venture out. Afterall we have not tried or sampled all the food at the Foodcourt at Terminal 21.
Swensen's - crowded with lots of young people

Took some pictures before dinner

Lamps & Mirrors at Istanbul

Japanese themed restroom

Since Hubby loved Saew's fishball noodles at Thonglor, we decided to try that at this foodcourt. The soup base is quite tasty but the fishballs and ingredients were not as good or fresh as Saew's. Also, the ingredients used were differnt.

Pad Thai - this is the second time trying but just do not like the taste.

Rice with fried Kailan. The kailan was fried with pieces of scallops and was very salty though it had "wok hei".

Kuey Chap Thai style. The kuey was rolled up. unlike that in Singapore and all the ingredients were thrown into the soup and not served separately. Quite nice and the price was the best at 35baht. Most of the food items costed 35baht. Portion was a little small though. But that had an advantage - it allowed us to try different dishes.

Last but not least, our favourite mango sticky rice.

Took some pictures after dinner. There are many restaurants and eateries at Terminal 21.

Chanced upon a crowded shop selling dumpling in ginger soup and decided to try it since we loved the dumplings at Hua Seng Hong. The business at this shop was very brisk. But the dumplings were no way compared to Hua Seng Hong. It tasted terrible, much to our disappointment. Worse than those that I buy from supermarket back home.

After dinner, took a slow stroll to Robinsons and then back to Sacha Hotel. Took some pictures along the way.

Asoke Station

Robinson

We had facial here. 800 baht for an hour per person.

Coffeeshop

Hotel Entrance

End of Day3.
