Would have gone to Ngong Ping 360 if it was not closed. It will only open the following week.
After shopping, we had dinner was at Federal Restaurant. The restaurant was quite empty with very few customers.
Nuts were served first, as usual. HK$12
Ala carte fried tofu HK$36
Spinach in rich stock -this is my son's favourite. This is part of a set menu which you can select 3 dishes. The menu costed HK$338.
Claypot Chicken which is part of the set menu - in actual fact, they are chopped chicken wings which did not have much meat. Tasty though.
Roasted pigeon HK$48. Tasted more like duck and it had a funny smell.
Stir Fried beef. HK$45
Steamed grouper HK style - part of the menu. The fish was fresh.
Quite a hearty and palatable meal.
4 bowls of rice: HK$48
Free flow tea : HK$ 40
Total bill for 4 including rice and tea and 10% service charge : HK$624
After dinner, it was rest and relax in the room.
