We booked the twin room through the hotel japanese website. They gave us a three bedded room instead. Actually, that reduced the space! The room was the biggest in this entire trip. It was the same for the trip in May. We paid 11600yen for a night with breakfast and dinner. It was really value for money. The room was spacious and clean with a very good view of Beppu Bay, the marina and the sunrise. Amenities are sufficient but similiar to the hotels in Kyushu, the hotel does not provide moisturer. Breakfast and dinner were good - see review later. Overall, a highly recommended hotel.
