Day 1 - Fly to Rome -> Leonardo Express to Termini Rome -> Check in airbnb (Review)

We redeemed 3 one way SQ air tickets to Rome with 114k miles and tax of $102. On the return leg, the 3 one way tickets booked on SQ website from Zagreb to Singapore was 1480.71 euro, transitting at Frankfurt and taking the SQ plane back to Singapore. Zagreb to Frankfurt was on Croatian air, a star alliance airlines.

Meals on board - Chicken noodles

Fish and potatoes

Upon arrival at Rome, again , there was a long queue at the immigration. After immigration, we walked to the train terminal to catch the Leonardo Express to Rome city centre. It costed 14 euro/person but it only took 30mins to reach Rome City Centre. The train ticket must be validated before taking the train to avoid a hefty fine of 80euro.
Train Ticket . The inspector did come to check the validation of the ticket during the trip to the city.

Rome Termini Station

Our airbnb is about 10mins walk from Termini train station. Reason for choosing to stay near the train station was we would be travelling to Florence by train the next day.

Our airbnb was "Cosmoplolitan - Roma Termimi Suitses 4". The cleaning lady allowed us to check in before check in time. We paid $$116.85 for one night. It came with breakfast at a nearby café.
The room has one queen and single bed. The room was clean and tidy. Not very spacious but good enough for a night. Beds were comfortable though.

Very basic toiletries. i used my own which I brought!

Bathroom with plenty of hot water with good pressure. This is very important for me!
