Had bread and ham and milo for breakfast and checked out early to catch the train to Venice at 8:34am. The 3 tickets costed 59.70euro.
Milan Central Station
After 2.5hours, we arrived in Venice, the city of water and bridges at 11am. We grabbed some sandwiches and crossiants from a shop in Venezia Santa Lucia Station and made our way to Guglia stop. Our host was waiting for us there.
She let us desposit our bags and explained the workings of the bnb and passed us the keys. She also recommended some good restaurant. We decided to have lunch first while waiting for the lady to clean up the apartment.
The recommended restaurant was Pontini, just round the corner of Guglia stop and there is always a queue.

Bread
We ordered 3 plates of seafood spaghetti. It was tasty and declicious. < br/>
The tiramisu was not available so we could not have any!
Total bill was 53.50euro. Overall, a hearty meal.
After lunch, we checked in the Airbnb " Typical Venetian a partment. The bnb was cozy but the master bedroom was very cold at night so I covered myself with 2 blankets as the heater cannot be activated. This is the most expensive Airbnb for the entire trip. We paid $605.34 for 2 nights. By and large, most the hotels and bnbs are around that price. The bnb is near to the Jewish Getto and is on the second floor.
Apartment is very clean, spacious and homely. It had 2 bedrooms. Kitchen is fully functional with lots of condiments. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Washer was a plus. Location is about 10-15mins walk from Venice train station. Supermarket was about 10-15mins away.
Smaller bedroom with a sofa bed
Kitchen - full of condiments
Most bnb just has 1 sofa near the kitchen. No sitting room or one of the room is supposed to be the sitting room but it was converted to a bedroom!
Bathroom
Huge master bedroom
Front door
Steps to the front door. Apartment was on the 2nd floor.
