Scoot flight was delayed by 2hrs to 920am but in fact, this timing was better. The flight took 3.5hrs. Upon arrival, bought the dataplan & i-pass.
The NT100 per card was not refundable but can ladt 10years. Travel to city is very convenient via KRT, unlike Taipei. Our airbnb was at Kaohsiung Arena Station.
Location of the airbnb was very superb with many eateries, restaurants, pharmacy, saloons and convenience stores and supermarkets.
The host was very kind to ferry us from the KRT though it was very walkable. Originally, the accomodation was near to Zuoying HSR.
Because the covenience store was closed for renovation, the host. Jolie, changed the accomodation to this place, which was much better than that in Zuoying.
Only tradeoff was the number of bathroom was reduced to one common from two attached.
Brand new apartment with security and a card is needed to access the lift to get to the apartment.
It was perfect that We could do our laundry at own timing and in the apartment.
Very clean, spacious and neat apartment with contemporary design with two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 with a Queen Bed. Bed and bedsheet were comfortable. Washing machine outside.
Bedroom 2 with another Queen Bed. Only the bedrooms have windows!
Sitting room with kitchen in background. Kitchen is not equipped to cook even maggic mee! No cutliers too!
TV opposite the sofa.

Vibrant surrounding area with many eateries and shops
We were lazy to venture out so settled for a quick lunch across the road from the apartment, a small little shop called Dian Xiao Er
that sells drinks and instant noodles! This shop stayed open throughout the New Year holidays!
Home cooked winter melon tea, a very common drink in Kaohsiung. Tasted very sweet but refreshing!
Though it is winter here, it was quite hot in the sun! Total bill was NT150 for 2 cups of tea, noodles and dumplings.
