There were 3 restaurants to choose from for breakfast. Cafe Deco, Blue Frog Bar & Grill or Fogo Samba. Cafe Deco served international buffet with the widest range of choices. Fogo Sambal in St Mark's Square on the third level also served international buffet with fewer selections. Blue Frog served breakfast sets. The hotel or restaurant will promote Blue Frog and Fogo Sambal at the lift lobby, encouraging you to try the other 2 smaller restaurants. This is the entrance to Cafe Deco which is very near Hotel Suites South Lift Lobby. The cafe is really very huge!!
Surprisely, there was no queue. A lot of people complained of long queue at Cafe Deco during breakfast.
Inside Cafe Deco.
We were spoilt for choices at Cafe Deco which served Chinese, Western dishes and some Japanese dishes (miso soup - my favourite). There were also fried noodles and fried rice, hash brown, sausages, bacon, tim-sum (sharkfin dumpling, siew mai, porridge with dishes to go along and glutinous rice wrapped in lotus leaf. Siew mai was nice. There were 2 egg stations - one for omelette and one for poach eggs. Western choices included assortment of cold cuts/cheeses/breads/corn flakes/salads, etc. Finally, a variety of fruits were also served. Drinks included the usual stufff like various juices/freshmilk and coffee or tea. Conclusion: Just oo many choices!!
After breakfast, we went shopping at the Grand Canal Shps before express checkout. Then we took the Cotai Strip Shuttle to City of Dreams. The bus stopped at the Four Seasons Hotel before stopping at Hyatt Hotel. This is the City of Dreams.
After the entrance
Many branded shops here and there is a food colosseum which had very few food stalls compared to Festivita Food Court.
We went to watch "The Bubble". Free admission but needed to collect tickets from the counter for admission.
Outside City of Dreams - Venetian Hotel, Crown Hotel and Hard Rock Hotel
The Bubble Show - quite entertaining.
Nice shot of Venetian shot outside Crown Hotel. It was very hazy that day.
We just walked across the road to Venetian for lunch since there were not many choices in City of Dream's Food Colosseum.
Festivita Food Court - many choices but a little expensive.
My son ordered steam egg, 1 dish and rice which costed MOP25. I ordered Fried Udon which costed MOP65 to share with hubby. It tasted a little sour!
