Breakfast was the usual stuff - we had the usual spread for the last 11 days and soon, it was time to leave for the airport. There is a complimentary bus shuttling from hotel to airport and reservations are required the day before. It was a long flight flight home so SQ prepared 3 meals for us!

Day 14 - San Bruno -> Dinner at K Grill and Tofu House Korean Restaurant
The rest of the afternoon were leisurely spent in San Bruno downtown. It was a pretty quiet and nice town. There were quite a few Korean restaurants here.
The sun setting over San Bruno downtown.
Dinner was at K Grill and Tofu House
Plenty of side dishes to go around
Dolso Bimibap
Khatib tang served with rice. Total bill : USD 47.17 for 3 orders. We enjoyed the dinner as the hot dinner warmed our stomachs greatly on such cold day.

After checkout, we drove all the way north to San Bruno via HW101. The route was quite scenic. We finally reached San Bruno after about 3 hrs drive.
We booked 2 rooms at Super 8 San Bruno - one King and the other 2 Kings at USD99.98 & USD133.58 including taxes.
The hotel was kind enough to let us check in though it was about 12 plus. After check-in, hubby and I drove to airport to return the car.
Then we took the complimentary hotel shuttle back to Super 8. We bought lunch from Wendy's which was next door.
Super 8 hotel is in a good neighbourhood with many eating places. Wendy's was nearby and Walgreen was next door after the car Mart. Hotel is very near the
airport and shuttle service was prompt. The water pressure is good and the water is hot. Very pleasant stay. Though it was near to the airport. It was pretty quiet.
The room is very big and spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable
The room came with fridge and microwave.

Paper mat & serviette
We ordered the much acclaimed pea soup which was thick but was not to our taste. It was overrated. The peas were ground and the soup was powdery.
The set came with either salad or milk shake. We order 2 sets of fish and 1 set of pasta to share among 5 of us.
We added a bowl of Pea Soup and a choice of thick milkshake to your meal.
Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo: Fettuccine Pasta tossed with Cream and Parmesan Cheese topped with Grilled Chicken Breast. Served with Garlic Toast.
Alaskan Cod Filet: Alaskan Cod Filet lightly seasoned then grilled. Total Bill: USD82.28 including taxes and 15% tips. The entrees tasted ok.
