Day 8 - Breakfast at Hotel -> Check out -> Downtown Williams -> Hoover Dam -> Lake Mead -> Las Vegas North Outlet Shopping

After hot breakfast at hotel, we checked out and headed for Hoover Dam, about 3 hours away.
But before that, we visited downtown Williams for one last time.
Williams is elevated and has the same temperature as Grand Canyon. It was cold here, snowing every night.

Streets and roads were covered with snow, so were the cars

As we drove towards Neveda, Hoover Dam, the sky slowly cleared up and the weather turned from snowy and gloomy to sunny and cheery.
Parking at Hoover Dam was free. The weather was really good.

Neveda is one hour behind Arizona

We left Hoover Dam and we headed down to Lake Mead. By this time, the queue to enter the Dam had now become very long. Thank God we came earlier.
Lake Mead was pictureque and beautiful with deep blue water against the sky. then we drove towards Las Vegas and it took another 30mins.

Upon arrival at Vegas, first stop was to shop at the factory outlet at North Vegas which was supposed to be better than the South!
The layout of the outlet is different from conventional outlet. The car park is multi storey and is situated at one corner.

We had lunch at the food court - it was nothing spectular. It was expensive and normal fare.
After lunch, we shopping till the sun set. Then it was time to check in the hotel
